About Us
Clarity Tax Relief is a Santa Ana tax resolution firm founded in 2018 by Melissa Ly. We help individuals and small businesses who owe the IRS or the California Franchise Tax Board: back taxes, federal tax liens, bank levies, wage garnishments, IRS payment plans, penalty relief and unfiled returns. Representation is led by an IRS Enrolled Agent. We also publish free tax tools and original research, including county-level data on federal tax liens in Southern California.
